Food Services Manager
Camp Siloam has a brand new $3.5 million dining hall opening June 4th with a $500,000 kitchen. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking to establish an excellent food services program in first-class facilities.
The camp is seeking a person with a passion for Christian youth ministry, who has experience working with students running and maintaining a kitchen. The ideal candidate considers themselves a chef and has skills in cooking meals for both summer campers and guest groups, allergy-free meal preparation, managing inventory, food safety, maintaining a kitchen, and working with high school and college students. Secondary duties include assisting with facilities and/or grounds maintenance when groups are not at camp. Additionally, Camp Siloam is seeking a person, who is grounded in the Gospel of Jesus, who has roots as a Southern Baptist, who works well as a team, who can supervise staff and volunteers, who enjoy being around others, but a person who can also work alone.
This is a full-time position starting ASAP. Starting salary is $39,000 annually, plus medical benefits and retirement, and cell phone stipend. Please contact Jason Wilkie at 479-220-0788. Applications are due by June 15th. Start date approximately July 30th.
