Outdoor Education Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled individual to lead and grow Alpine’s Outdoor Education program. This individual must have a thriving and apparent relationship with Jesus Christ and a passion for camp, Outdoor Education, and the hands on education of children and youth.
The individual that fills this role must have an entrepreneurial spirit and must have a natural love and ability for sales and marketing in addition to directing the day to day of a program and managing and developing staff. The Outdoor Education Manager position is a key role that will focus on the growth and future of the Outdoor Education Program. This person must be comfortable working in fast paced environments and occasional stressful situations. The ideal candidate must be a self starter, self motivator, and must be completely sold out to the success and growth of the program.
Previous experience leading or directing and Outdoor Education program is preferred but not required.
