Program Specialist - Ranch

August start date. Must be 21 years of age or older.
Associate or bachelor degree a plus.
Paid time off, insurance benefits and 403(b) options included.

Required to live in provided on-grounds housing in shared dorm/apartment units.

Serves as an instructor, program facilitator and host within Timber-lee’s various programs that include summer camp, retreats, outdoor education and others. Responsible for execution of pre and post Timber-lee ranch experience planning and preparations. Participates in both camp-wide and departmental projects and routine assignments to care for departmental and camp assets and facilities. Participates in, and responsible for assisting, overall camp ministry planning. Chosen candidate is required to live on-grounds in shared dorm or apartment units.
