Food & Hospitality Manager
This position includes both responsibilities of the Food Service Supervisor and the Hospitality Supervisor who serves as part of the camp’s management team working with the Director to fulfill the mission of camp and retreat ministries, carry out camp operations, recruit and train staff (volunteer and paid).
The Food Service Supervisor/ Head Cook shall be responsible for the preparation and serving of meals provide at the Retreat Center; menu planning, be thoroughly familiar with the procurement, receipt, and inventory of all food and supplies; provide daily supervision of kitchen staff and shall be responsible for maintain the highest standards of cleanliness regarding both staff hygiene and food preparation.
The Hospitality Supervisor manages and trains staff in procedures for keeping the sleeping lodges clean and orderly. They recognize the importance of helping their team work together to glorify God by serving the body of Christ and our community through relationships, community and God-honoring service. Housing & utilities are provided.
