Camp Ranch Manager

Cross Bar X Youth Ranch is a Christian non profit that works with disadvantaged youth through summer camp and other support programs. For over 40 years, CBX has pointed these kids to Christ by providing a safe and loving environment away from the challenges of home life.

CBX is looking for a missionally minded family to serve full time at the ranch. The position is primarily focused on grounds and maintenance, but also extends to other areas of support at camp. Please see full job description. Interested candidates should provide a letter of introduction addressed to the CBX search committee. Candidates the committee is interested in will be invited to apply for the position.

Cross Bar X exists to reach at risk youth with the Gospel. For the over 30 years we have been blessed with the opportunity to provide quality, low cost Christian summer camps to urban and rural youth. Mission of CBX: Cross Bar X exists to reach socially and economically disadvantaged youth with the gospel of Jesus Christ. This is accomplished through: providing youth with Christ-centered summer camps. These give CBX a platform for year-round discipleship, outreach events, and involvement in a Bible believing church. Core Values 1. In everything we do, we present campers with the gospel of Jesus Christ. 2. Our desire is that no camper is turned away from Cross Bar X due to a lack of resources. 3. Each camper receives individual attention. 4. We foster spiritual growth through discipleship and mentoring. 5. Campers are encouraged to participate in a Bible believing church. 6. We seek to provide life skills and opportunity for spiritual growth through experiential education. 7. We seek to support and enrich the families of our campers.
