The PACE apprenticeship at Grace Adventures (Silver Lake, MI) equips young professionals to be successful and balanced in the Christian Camping industry. The purpose of this 14-month program is to provide college graduates with a short-term, full-time, real ministry experience. The apprentice will grow in personal character, understanding of camp ministry, and skills specific to running a variety of program options. Interns will serve in full-time programming by designing, creating, and implementing Grace Adventures’ retreats for youth winter camps and adult women’s and men’s retreats. Specific tasks may include leading projects, recruiting and overseeing volunteers, facilitating team building and recreational activities, and communicating the core values of Grace Adventures to ensure that guests are impacted with Jesus Christ.
