Assists the Executive Chef in the daily cleaning, preparation and cooking of meals and other duties, and helps oversee the Kitchen/Hospitality Team. Works closely with meal preparation and planning as well as clean up. Applicants should be familiar with proper food storage and safety requirements. Priority consideration will be given to individuals that posses a current ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification or equivalent. This is a servant leadership position that requires the ability to be organized, lead by example and have an active relationship with Christ. The successful candidate will be in charge of the kitchen at least one day a week on Food Service Manager/Executive Chef's day off.
