Timothy Hill has been transforming lives through love for forty years. Headquartered in Long Island, NY, Timothy Hill runs a Residential Program for at-risk young people and Retreat Centers in two other states.

The Position
We are looking for a Site Director to oversee operations at the Retreat at Norwich Lake in Massachusetts. The Director will build and manage bookings at the Retreat around the year and support Summer Camp Directors during 6 weeks of summer camp programming. We seek a team-leader who has a passion for hospitality, who can manage daily operations and who has the capacity to grow our retreat center. A background in retreats and/or guest services and management is desired. A competitive package is provided including generous time off, medical benefits, and the option of on-site accommodation.


The Location
The Retreat is located two hours west of Boston on the pristine Norwich Lake, nestled next door to the Berkshire Mountains. Set on a beautiful 97 acre property, the newly renovated Retreat is a beautiful place for groups, families and organizations to retreat, relax, and be refreshed. Situated in the town limits of Huntington, MA, the university towns of Northampton and Springfield are a short drive away.
