2024 High School Summer Staff

COME SERVE AND BE DISCIPLED! STARTING PAY IS $1,500 PER MONTH.


Modeled after Philippians 2:3, we strive to, "in humility, consider others greater than ourselves," and spend our summer living this out. As a member of the summer staff, you will have the opportunity to come along side what the Lord is doing at Tejas by Setting the Stage for Jesus to Transform Lives.

We are looking for enthusiastic, Jesus-loving students who have a heart for serving the Lord and others through our Two:Three Summer Team.

We are looking for students who have:
-An active and growing relationship with Jesus
-Desire to build and be a part of a healthy, growing community
-A desire for discipleship through small group bible studies and other discipleship opportunities throughout the summer
-A willingness to facilitate waterfront activities, adventure tower, Skyline Swing, large and small group activities, and other recreational activities (all on site training provided, no experience necessary).
-An eagerness to get their hands dirty and do hard things
-A desire to bend low in service to others and seek to put others' needs in front of their own

**ALL staff may also serve as part of our Kitchen team occasionally serving meals and assisting in our concession/gift shop areas**

Our summer staff receive intentional discipleship/small group Bible study time, on-site housing, food, community, and a paycheck twice a month

We want to personally invite you to fill out the application to join our 2024 Team Two:Three Summer Team. We are inviting you to spend your summer diving deeper into your relationship with the Lord through serving our campers, adult leaders, and fellow staff members.
