Camp Coordinator

Soaring Eagle Camp is searching for an individual whose calling is to further the Gospel of Jesus Christ through the tool of Christian Camping. The ideal candidate will have a wide knowledge base of grounds, facilities, camp operation, and guest services. Soaring Eagle Camp is revitalizing a former retreat center on 68 acres in north central Arkansas and is ready to launch into year round ministry with the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will:
• Be a dedicated follower of Jesus Christ
• Be active in a Bible-believing church
• Be dedicated to sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ for the salvation of the lost
• Be a person of integrity
• Be an avid believer in the ministry tool of Christian camping

• Previous camp ministry experience
• Organizational skills

• Friendly demeanor
• Quality communication and people skills
• Self-motivated
• Professional

Duties:
• Grounds/Facilities Maintenance
--Ensure grounds are maintained in a neat and clean fashion
--Observe and remedy safety hazards
--Oversee ongoing maintenance and upkeep schedules
--Assist in planning and development of facilities for future growth
--Maintain an ongoing project list for potential work teams/groups
• Guest Services
--Present a top-notch, servant driven guest experience from beginning to end
--Ensure cleanliness and comfort of guest lodging and facilities
--Stock all guest facilities and activities with working and adequate supplies
--Be attentive to and predict guest needs
• Ministry Development
--Seek out potential ministry opportunities for the camp facilities
--Develop relationships in order to serve the local churches and community
• Volunteer Management
--Organize work teams for various volunteer projects including:
*Recruiting work teams
*Scheduling work teams
*Retaining work teams for return service
--Maintain a high level of service for volunteer groups

Salary and Compensation:
• Apartment Housing Provided
• Must Raise Full Missionary Support
