Maintenance Manager- Horn Creek
The Maintenance Manager supports the ministries of Sky Ranch by ensuring that all our buildings, fixtures, furnishings and equipment remain safe, clean and structurally sound. This position is focused on the buildings and their operating systems by performing routine and preventative maintenance tasks. This position may also occasionally perform other functions within the Facilities Department that help exceed guest expectations of the overall maintenance, cleanliness, ambiance and beauty of the campsite.
Qualified candidates should possess the following: Be a committed believer in Jesus Christ and active in a local church. Building maintenance competency gained from educational programs and/or a minimum of five years of construction and/or maintenance experience is preferred. Tradesman certification in a construction or maintenance discipline preferred. Professionalism in the workplace must be demonstrated by respectful and polite interactions with all guests and co-workers. Ability to multi-task and manage a variety of tasks. Must have working knowledge of basic hand and power tools common to duties of this position. Ability to read and interpret drawings, sketches, O.E.M. instructions and specifications; perform basic math calculations and the ability to work well individually and as a team member.
