Cooks, Prep Cooks and Food Service Worker
The Michigan Overnight Lead Cook (seasonal) is responsible to work with the Dining Hall Supervisor and Head Chef at the Michigan Overnight property. The Lead Cook (seasonal) will perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to: preparing foods for cooking, preparing salads, sandwiches, and beverages, and preparing bakery items focusing on food quality and customer service.
