San Marcos is a 150 acre site located in the beautiful Santa Barbara
Mountains surrounded by great natural beauty. Our primary goal is to see our campers come to know, in a real and personal way, the saving grace of Jesus Christ. It is our passion to see lives changed!

At the same time, Genesis Account American Outdoor Schools is our multi-state, mobile Outdoor Education program that is dedicated to seeing 4th-8th grade students become "Stewards of Creation". Our program travels the Pacific coast bringing a unique Outdoor Education experience to our public and private school’s back yards…you’ll get paid to hike, travel, and teach students about God’s creation!

Founded in 1977, Genesis Account provides quality outdoor education programs for Christian Schools. Using God’s creation as the classroom, GA is committed to growing students and adults towards a deeper relationship with God by helping them understand His creation and how it reflects the nature and attributes of a personal God (Romans 1:20).

Our program is designed to increase students' awareness of God's love through a better understanding of His Creation. It also encourages students to deepen relationships with their peers and classroom teacher.

Job Title: Program Lead
Hours: Full-Time Seasonal
Pay Rate: $400 Weekly Salary
Housing and Meals: Provided as part of the job during the week, and available on weekends.
*Travel Reimbursement Provided if you have your own vehicle.
