Year Round Team Leader (Camp Counselor) - AZ & MI

Does the idea of serving in camp ministry all year long excite you? Do you feel God calling you to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with disadvantaged children? We would love to have you join our YEAR-ROUND MINISTRY TEAM!

Youth Haven's mission is to provide life-changing, Christ-centered experiences for disadvantaged children. Our ministry includes free, overnight camping programs which we run both year-round (on weekends) & during the summer (in week long sessions).

We are looking for passionate and creative applicants who love the Lord and have a servant's heart. Program Staff members are each assigned a group of 6-8 children to mentor, lead and share God's love with during weekend and summer retreats. The team leaders (camp counselors) stay with their group of children throughout their time at Youth Haven. This includes sharing meals with them and staying in the cabins at night.

In addition to team leading during our weekend retreats, you will also have an opportunity to help creatively with theme development, activities, and implementation of our children's retreats and follow-up programs. This is a full-time, year-round, salaried position. Program Staff are required to live onsite in provided housing, and additional benefits are available.
