Program & Hospitality Intern
Provide leadership that creates a culture to develop relationships both with our staff and our guests which leads to a greater understanding of the Gospel and seeks to display a level of excellence that anticipates, meets and exceeds our guests’ needs.
The Program Intern will assist in the development of Crossing’s programmed events as well as recruiting and leading seasonal staff. Additionally, they are responsible for location specific office logistics and property preparedness; including pre-arrival cleanliness and setup, registration and post-departure cleanup. This will be a one-year, paid commitment with appropriate housing provided. Hours will be determined by the season of the year. Start date can be flexible.
