The Dish/Utility person is a key member of the TLC Food Service staff. The person in this position is generally responsible for leadership and coordination of all kitchen cleanup and special needs. They will wash dirty dishes in a safe and sanitary manner and put clean dishes and utensils in their designated spots. They help maintain a clean and safe working environment by wiping up excess water on floor and being aware of spills.
