Shoshone Mountain Retreat Program Staff

Now hiring for Summer 2023! Shoshone Mountain Retreat is located on the Coeur d’Alene River in the middle of the Bitterroot Mountains and is surrounded by 3.5 million acres of National Forest. It is a great place to encounter God’s beautiful creation while serving and loving the hundreds of high school and middle school youth who come to participate in the Idaho Servant Adventures program!

The Program Staff furthers the mission of the camp, planning and implementing program activities and events and assisting in the management of the overall camp operation.

Serve as part of a small staff community, providing quality programming for Idaho Servant Adventures, summer camps and rental groups. Programs include service and outreach projects onsite and in the community, campfires, leadership development, Bible study, waterfront and river floating, first aid, and relational ministry.

Shoshone serves High School, Middle School and Adult participants.
