Why work at Cross Bar X Youth Ranch:

Cross Bar X exists to reach at risk youth with the Gospel. For 45 years we have been blessed with the opportunity to provide quality, low cost Christian summer camps to urban and rural youth. Most of these youth come from single parent or foster homes. Mission of CBX: Cross Bar X exists to reach socially and economically disadvantaged youth with the gospel of Jesus Christ. This is accomplished through: providing youth with Christ-centered summer camps. These give CBX a platform for year-round discipleship, outreach events, and involvement in a Bible believing church. Core Values 1. In everything we do, we present campers with the gospel of Jesus Christ. 2. Our desire is that no camper is turned away from Cross Bar X due to a lack of resources. 3. Each camper receives individual attention. 4. We foster spiritual growth through discipleship and mentoring. 5. Campers are encouraged to participate in a Bible believing church. 6. We seek to provide life skills and opportunity for spiritual growth through experiential education. 7. We seek to support and enrich the families of our campers.
