Ridgecrest's location is less than a days drive (Directions) from over 15 states, sitting conveniently just off Interstate 40 outside bustling Asheville, but once you enter the gates, you'll feel like you're miles away from the rest of the world. Cradled in the spectacular Blue Ridge Mountains of western North Carolina, Ridgecrest's 1,300 acres invite you to leave your cares at the gate. Providing meeting and event planners of Christian conferences and retreats one-stop shopping and first-class customer service in a Christian environment, Ridgecrest understands your needs and helps you manage your budget.

We are set up to handle the following group sizes in the various seasons:

During the summer, we can take care of up to 2000 guests. In the spring, we can accommodate 2000 guests. Our winter capacity is 2000. Finally, in fall, we have enough room for 2000 guests.
