The Woods (Formerly known as Camp Awana) was established in 1946 and has a rich tradition and heritage in camping ministry. Located, in Fredonia, WI, The Woods sits on 125 acres, including beachfront on Lake 12.

The mission of The Woods is to give everyone the opportunity to begin a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and mature in their faith through an engaging camp experience.

We are set up to handle the following group sizes in the various seasons:

During the summer, we can take care of up to 275 guests. In the spring, we can accommodate 275 guests. Our winter capacity is 275. Finally, in fall, we have enough room for 275 guests.
