Is that something worth driving a few hours to get to? Thousands of men, women, kids, teens, young adults and their families come each year from all around the midwest to experience Fort Wilderness. Since 1956 many have come to know Fort as their second home. Our unique Northwoods environment is perfect for disconnecting from the busy-ness of life and connecting with people and God.

We are set up to handle the following group sizes in the various seasons:

During the summer, we can take care of up to 75 guests. In the spring, we can accommodate 300 guests. Our winter capacity is 300. Finally, in fall, we have enough room for 300 guests.

We also offer the following special activities and features:

Relationships are a huge part of the ministry at Fort. In this fragmented society, people want to be cared for. Fort provides lasting friendships and a second home to thousands.

16 miles north of Rhinelander, WI, nestled in the middle of thousands and thousands of acres of forests and lakes.
