Position Title: Program Retreat Manager
Reports to: Program Director, SpringHill Michigan
Status: Full time, Salaried
Job Location: Evart, Michigan
Summary:
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, forward-focused, innovative team player to work at SpringHill Camps as a leader of programmed retreats at our Evart, Michigan location.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in event programming, post college
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven experience as a team leader
• Excellent leadership and facilitation skills
• Bachelor’s degree
• Commitment to the mission and ministry philosophy of SpringHill Camps
• Experience with on-stage productions preferred
Job Functions:
• Design, develop, and implement all programmed retreats at SpringHill Michigan
• Manage and lead program and Activity Specialists
• Implement sales and promotional efforts for retreats
• Create SpringHill programming for specific guest retreats as needed
• Oversee activity area (s) as needed, including maintenance, ordering, and training
• Manage budget expenses

SpringHill Camps is a Christian non-denominational camp with locations in Evart, Michigan, Seymour, Indiana, and summer Day Camps in major metropolitan areas in Michigan and Indiana.
