The Online Training Conference will be divided into segments, based on CCCA’s core educational tracks. Each of these segments will be made up of a short, hard-hitting presentation by a leading expert in that particular subject. The presenters are listed in alphabetical order.

Eddie GibbsEddie Gibbs
Strategic Leadership
Eddie was ordained in the Church of England 43 years ago, serving in an Anglican parish in Wandsworth, London. In 1984 he came as a professor to Fuller Seminary, where he had obtained a Doctor of Ministry degree in 1982. He is now a senior professor, spending his time researching future trends with younger leaders. He has conducted church growth, leadership and evangelism seminars in many parts of the world. He has authored 13 books, of which the latest is ChurchMorph (Baker Academic, 2009). Eddie and his wife, Renee, have one son, three daughters and eight grandchildren.

Charles LeeCharles Lee
Creativity and Innovation
Charles is the founder of Ideation, a consultancy that specializes in branding, marketing, social media and event development. He is also a founding member of JustOne, a NPO committed to addressing issues of poverty, orphans and slavery. In addition, Charles leads New Hope, a faith community in the Los Angeles area, and is the creator of grassroots efforts including the Idea Camp, Ideation Conference and the Freeze Project. Charles regularly speaks around the country on topics such as creativity, innovation, leadership, social media, community development and compassionate justice.

Reggie McNealReggie McNeal
Emerging Culture
Reggie enjoys helping people, leaders and Christian organizations pursue more intentional lives. He currently serves as the missional leadership specialist for Leadership Network of Dallas. Reggie’s past experience involves over a decade as a denominational executive and leadership development coach. He also served in local congregational leadership for over 20 years, including being the founding pastor of a new church. His latest book, Missional Renaissance (Jossey-Bass), details the three shifts that church leaders must make to engage the missional movement and offers suggestions for a different scorecard to reflect missional ministry.

Guy RichardsGuy Richards
Marketing Strategies and Vehicles
Guy is the founder and CEO of Abiah, an innovative brand development, social strategy and digital deployment firm that focuses on helping Christian organizations thrive. He is a progressive blogger, strategist and new author. His book Talkable (M&B Publishing) will be released in August 2010. Guy has received numerous awards, including helping three of his clients land on the Top Global Rebrand 100 list. Abiah’s clients include the Christian Leadership Alliance, National Outreach Convention and Billy Graham Evangelical Association.

Duffy RobbinsDuffy Robbins
Ministry Expressions and Effectiveness
Duffy, associate professor of youth ministry at Eastern University, is a 30-year veteran of youth ministry. As an associate staff member of Youth Specialties, Duffy works throughout the year in training events for youth workers, appearing each spring in about 15 cities coast to coast as a part of the CORE and at the National Youthworkers Conventions each fall. His most recent book, This Way to Youth Ministry (Zondervan/Youth Specialties), is a foundational textbook for the academic study of youth ministry.

Horst ShulzeHorst Schulze
Business Strategies and Operational Delivery
Horst is chairman and CEO of West Paces Hotel Group (parent company of Capella Hotels and Resorts). His vision has helped reshape concepts of customer service throughout the hospitality and service industries. He served as vice chairman of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company from 2001–2002, after serving as president and COO of The Ritz-Carlton Group, starting in 1988. Prior to his long tenure with Ritz-Carlton, he spent nine years with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where he was a hotel general manager, regional VP and corporate VP. Before his association with Hyatt, he worked for Hilton Hotels. Horst serves on the boards of Reliance Trust Company, Cancer Treatment Centers of America, The Travel Institute, Georgia Family Council and The InfiLaw System.

Peg SmithPeg Smith
Guest and Camper Needs & Relations
Peg, with 26 years experience working with children, youth and families, is widely recognized for her entrepreneurial work style and organizational capacity—and her ability to move people, organizations and government agencies through significant change. In 1998, she became the chief executive officer of the American Camp Association® (ACA) in Martinsville, Ind. ACA is a community of camp professionals who have joined together to share knowledge and experience and to promote positive human development by enriching the lives of children, youth and adults through the camp experience.
