Hotel Information

The National Conference will be held at Ridgecrest Conference Center, located 17 miles east of Asheville, N.C., in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. The 1,300-acre Christian conference center offers comfortable lodging and outdoor recreation, including the T.W. Wilson Prayer Garden and Rocking Chair Ridge. Ridgecrest's campus offers a variety of lodging accommodations and styles within easy walking distance to all meeting space. Accommodation options include:

Deluxe room: $99/night for single/double/triple/quad
Deluxe hotels, Mountain Laurel Inn and Rhododendron, offer comfortable hotel accommodations and amenities such as hair dryers, in-room irons and ironing boards, coffeemakers and complimentary wireless Internet throughout the building.

Standard room: $79/night for single/double/triple/quad
Standard hotels such as Pritchell and Maple offer in-room irons and ironing boards, as well as complimentary wireless Internet.

Economy room: $59/night for double/triple/quad (inquire with Ridgecrest about higher occupancy)
Ridgecrest's varied lodging options also include Walnut and Youth Housing, perfect for multiple camp staff members who really want to bond during the National Conference.

Meals are served buffet style with multiple selections. If you have special dietary requirements, please e-mail Ridgecrest at ridgecrest@lifeway.com. All meals must be purchased in advance by calling Ridgecrest at (800) 588-7222 or reserving online. Meal packages include:

Three meals: $31/day
Lunch and dinner: $22.50/day
Breakfast and dinner: $20.50/day

There is no tax on lodging or meals. A deposit of one night’s lodging is required. Those who cancel reservations at least 14 days prior to the event will receive a full deposit refund. Those who cancel between seven and 13 days prior will receive one half of the deposit, and those who cancel less than six days prior to the event will not receive a refund. To cancel and receive a refund on any meal, you must notify Ridgecrest by 5 p.m. on Dec. 5.
