Jim Cain
Jim is the author of five adventure-based teambuilding texts as well as the owner and creative force behind the training company known as Teamwork & Teamplay. Jim is a senior consultant for the Cornell University Corporate Teambuilding Program and a former executive director for the Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT). He is the innovator of more than three dozen teambuilding activities and props. In the past decade, Jim has presented programs and workshops in 46 states and 17 countries.

John is president of John Pearson Associates, Inc., a management consulting firm based in California. He is the author of Mastering the Management Buckets (Regal, 2008) and has served more than 30 years as a nonprofit CEO and 25 of those years leading three associations, including CCCA.
