Thank you for your interest. The ELS event has now concluded.
CCCA is committed to equipping you with valuable resources you need now to improve your ministries. The Executive Leadership Summit, which will be held in conjunction with Christian Leadership Alliance’s annual conference, is open to all CCCA member CEOs/presidents/executive directors and their key staff members.
In addition to the content-rich CLA conference program, CCCA will bring in outside expertise to facilitate and lead specialized sessions designed exclusively for you, similar to Tinning Symposiums of the past. Also, throughout the event, CCCA will maintain a homeroom (with free snacks and Wi-Fi) so you can take part in camp-focused training, application and networking with other executives who speak your language.
Our featured presenter will be Richard Dahlstrom. He has been senior pastor of Bethany Community Church in Seattle since 1996, offering leadership as the church has grown from 300 to over 2,000 and serving the city through creative ministries such as a homeless shelter, food bank, wilderness ministry and arts college.
Richard also teaches with Torchbearers Missionary Fellowship in the United States, Europe and Asia, and is the author of O2: Breathing New Life into Faith (Publishers Weekly’s selection for top 10 list of “Best Religious Books” 2008).
Richard’s sessions during the Executive Leadership Summit will focus on equipping leaders in their own spiritual and faith sustainability, and on articulating the gospel in a manner that invites people to participate in the beauty of God's story (the "divine invitation"). He’ll explain why this is critical for this time in history and for camp and conference ministry in particular. All his sessions will leave time for and incorporate interaction with questions and answers.
“Richard Dahlstrom is one of the finest speakers I have heard and one of my favorites to have for a conference. He will draw you in from the platform, challenge you and guide you to God’s truth. Then he will sit across the table from you and walk with you as a friend. Richard has quickly become a favorite here at Forest Home.”
—Kent Kraning, director of family ministries at Forest Home (Forest Falls, Calif.)
