Dining Room Manager
The dining room manager will oversee the front of the dining room during all meals. Manager will oversee 4-6 waiters / waitresses, ages 16 &17. Must have an understanding of food sevice etiquette. Cleanliness, attention to appearance, being punctual, and leadership skills all very important. Spiritual leadership for your crew will be required. You will work alongside the Kitchen Manager to execute meals and clean- up in a safe, organized, and timely manner.
