Summer Outdoor Activity Leader

Black Rock Retreat is looking for individuals who have a passion for Christ to run programs for retreat groups and serve in other areas of camp. We are always hiring! Apply today!

Experience and/or background in youth ministry or education is preferred, however, the most important requirement is the desire to impact the lives of young people by sharing the love and gospel of Jesus Christ.

Outdoor Activity Leaders run archery, teambuilding, laser tag, dodgeball, ropes course, waterfront activities, geocaching, nature center classes and more! It is a great opportunity to impact the lives of young people by teaching about God as Creator and Lord of all.

There may also be work in housekeeping, guest services, maintenance, and lifeguarding. Housing is available for single individuals. We are looking for staff constantly.
