Work and Play in Rocky Mountain National Park in Estes Park, Colorado!
Eight-month full-time opportunity (Starting April till Late November) to increase skills and responsibility in the food service industry. Lead Shift Cooks, under the supervision of the Food Service Director, will help with all aspects of scheduled meals including preparation, presentation, cleanup, and the supervision of additional kitchen staff as need. Experience in food service or related fields appreciated/preferred but not required.

-Prepare and present meals on-time for guest groups.
-Prepare dining hall area for meals.
-Set-up, stock, and maintain buffet style salad bar, food line, and dink bar.
-Keep dining hall and kitchen clean. (tables, windows, floor, dishes, etc.)
-Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or Director of Operations.
-Be friendly, patient, polite, and courteous with campers, staff and guests.
