Independent high-end Christian camp seeking detailed orientated Christian couple to facilitate daily operation of a year-round facility in northwest Arkansas.

Strong leadership, time management, communication skills and self-motivation are essential to meet the needs of guests, work with staff and maintain camp facilities.

The Director is responsible for encouraging a Christ centered work environment with staff, proclaiming God's word in a hospitable setting and modeling servant leadership.

The Director is responsible for working directly with ownership to plan, coordinate and implement the development and maintenance of the facilities to include the lodges, grounds, roads, equipment, trails, outdoor activity elements, animal care etc. while meeting deadlines and goals. The Director will supervise and lead other full-time, part time and seasonal employees.

The Director should have a general knowledge of animal care, water/sewage systems, grounds maintenance, general construction (electrical, air conditioning, plumbing) while also following a work order system that is budget conscious.

Administration duties include disseminating information of guest requirements and needs, providing weekly receipts and invoices, purchasing supplies and equipment, managing staff hours, forecasting expenses and leading weekly staff meetings.

The ideal candidate will have an authentic relationship with Jesus Christ that permeates all aspects, a strong desire to serve others, a willing attitude to do what it takes, and a team player. A basic understanding of the ministry of Christian camping is helpful.

As the Director, you are the first impression and contact of SOTO.

On-site housing, transportation and meals (when available) are included.
