Retreat Coordinator and Retail Manager
The Retreats Coordinator (RC) supports the ministries of Sky Ranch Horn Creek by providing an excellent and safe experience for all retreat guests. This personís goal is to exceed guest expectations of the overall retreat experience by coordinating guestsí activities and needs with all other departments, with a spirit of excellence. This person takes the initial contract and facilitates effective and personal communication with the groupís leader throughout the planning and execution process, striving for excellent communication to create the schedule to staff the needs, and to create and facilitate an environment that best meets the goals of the groupís leadership. Retreat Coordinators are front-lines positions for energetic, positive, organized team players who become the face of Sky Ranch for the groups under their care, with a primary focus on the group leaders. This person will also manage all retail operations of the camp including ordering, inventory, and sales for the store. The person will be a part of the Horn Creek leadership team, assisting with the development and achievement of our strategic objectives. The Retail Manager oversees other retail staff and assists in completing functions relating to Retail as they pertain to guest, staff and families while reporting to the Retail Director. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, scheduling and monitoring hourly staff, inventory management procedures, customer service training, usage of point of sale software, replenishing stock, cleaning and maintaining equipment in all retail locations, compliance with Texas Department of Health, ACA, and OSHCOM regulations and guidelines, purchasing and following purchase order procedures, compliance with Sky Ranch retail service policies and procedures and additional responsibilities as required.
