Guest Services Director

Camp Alexander Mack, a year-round Church of the Brethren affiliated camp and retreat center is looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic Guest Services Director to begin in mid-August. This is a year-round management team position with responsibility for marketing, registering, and coordinating the experience of our guests. Additional responsibilities include accounts receivable and management of the Gift Shoppe.

The successful candidate will have a strong desire to share in Christian ministry; at least 25 years of age and have an associate degree or equivalency in education and/or experience; have had supervisory experience with documented supervisory skills and the ability to train, work with, and supervise staff and volunteers; have appropriate emotional maturity and stability; and be able to promote the use of the site with honesty and integrity and have the ability to work with individuals/groups as they schedule and plan their events.
