Adventure Program Facilitator

As a member of The Oaks Program Team, the Adventure Facilitator is responsible for facilitating guests using Adventure related activities. These include both high and low challenge course elements, climbing, team building, and paintball. Facilitation requires the safe operation of activities by adhering to safe practices and industry standards. Facilitation at The Oaks also requires engaging guests in a positive and friendly manner to guide them in a growth and relationship building experience. This experience is designed to edify individuals, community relationships, and relationships with God.

Roles and Responsibilities Include:
-Sets up, facilitate, and supervise camp activities.
-Proactive in creating a welcoming, fun, and safe environment for staff and participants.
-Perform miscellaneous

Time:  Part-Time Year Round
