Travel Camp Assistant Director

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a desire to live and work in a close community to serve in the much-needed role of Adventure for the City (Travel Camp) Assistant Director. Mission Statement:
To inspire Christ-like change through Outdoor Adventure, Authentic Relationships and Biblical Truth.

Work Context:
This job will be performed on location at Glorieta during planning and on the
road as often as needed to set up each location in the winter/spring and 10-12
weeks of multi-state travel in the Summer. Furthermore, in the non-summer
months, you will need to travel from time-to-time to meet with church leaders as
part of your marketing efforts to secure commitments for participation in the
summer. You will be asked to work above and beyond a “normal” 40 hour week much of the time, but adequate time off to renew physically and spiritually will be given to you.

Travel: During Summer travel will be very frequent, you will spend 98% of your
summer job off-site, at campuses in several different cities, and in other states.
Your non-summer job will have frequent travel as well with marketing and with
visits to off-site campuses for planning purposes.
