Hume Lake Christian Camps is looking for an individual with a passion for ministry and a desire to serve others.
The Marketing Director is responsible to create, implement and manage a comprehensive marketing plan that will enhance the Organization’s image and position within the non-profit sector and general public. These activities include establishing brand identity and recognition, ensuring advertising and marketing across all communication media, and building capacity to provide video, audio and textual material to support marketing efforts. This is a key leadership position within the Organization with responsibility to support all strategic goals, business objectives and delivery of services while coordinating with other departments and contracted services to improve Hume Lake Christian Camps overall effectiveness.
This position requires a minimum of 5 years in marketing with demonstrated success, preferably in the non-profit sector. It is preferred that the Marketing Director live in housing provided at the Hume Lake, CA, location. However, it may be possible to live in the Fresno, CA, area, work out of our Fresno office location and make frequent trips to oversee operations at the Hume Lake location. Employees must also be prepared to meet the spiritual needs of staff and guests and perform other related duties and assignments as required.
