Creating a Star Team: Moving from Vision to Execution (MP3)
Discuss with Steve and Cathey Prudhomme the who, what, when, where, how, and why--as well as the always-difficult--"Should we or shouldn't we?"--questions about your executive team. Answer them well and you will likely dominate the industry, be up to five times more profitable than the industry average, have cash on hand and increase revenues.
This conference recording is FREE to CCCA Members! Listen now (valid login & CCCA membership required).
Steve Prudhomme is President of Grace Adventures, where he has served since 1996. His 32 years of experience in Christian camping include directing camps and treatment programs for delinquent youth and families at risk; serving as state camping director for a large denomination; and overseeing development at a conference center. He is past Chairman of the Board for CCCA. He has served three terms as president and two years as government relations coordinator for the Michigan section. He also was a member of the CCI/USA Core Curriculum Council and has keynoted or presented at numerous CCCA and CCI conferences.
Cathey Prudhomme spent most of her childhood in a camp ministry founded by her parents. Since then, she has worked with her husband, Steve Prudhomme, in a denominational camp setting, and was employed by the State of Michigan as a camp licensing consultant. She has been involved in CCCA for more than 25 years, serving as a speaker and a member of curriculum councils, and has worked for more than 15 years as an organizational consultant. She currently serves her parents' former ministry, Eagle Village, as President/CEO.
